“Qay, honey, we don’t have bones on the couch”.
“But Momma, *I* have one on the couch… see? Here it is!”
“Yes, dearest, I see that you *have* one, but they aren’t allowed on the couch. Momma doesn’t want to sit in icky bone goo”.
“oh”..
Ptooey! The bone hits the floor.
I’m still not sure if she was being coy or just being Qay. She is the sweetest little beast and sometimes very naive.
